Fallout 4 - Getting around the hall-blocking debris in Fort Hagen Command Center

In the Fallout 4 quest Reunions, following the in-game location indicator, one might end up in a Fort Hagen Command Center hall in which debris is blocking it. If not confronted by this situation, one might have problem locating a tip to "follow the red light" which is included in the following.

From the beginning of the debris-blocked hall,


go to the right (which is the only way to go since there's no left, and certainly no behind since it's the beginning).


At the end downstairs, is a door which leads to a long curved corridor included a red light

at the other end will lead to stairs going up,

(pivoting on the same spot)


which a few feet after the last step is the other side of the debris. How nice it is to finally be the other side.
